Ingredients
  • Water
  • brown sugar
  • green onion
  • distilled vinegar
  • modified corn starch
  • salt
  • natural flavor
  • caramel color
  • scotch bonnet pepper
  • spices
  • onion powder
  • xanthan gum
  • potassium sorbate (as preservative)
  • citric acid.
How To Use

1. Shake bottle well and pour 2/3 of the grace oxtail marinade over 1kg/2lbs of oxtail pieces. Rub marinade onto meat and let sit for 1 hour.2. In a saucepan, add 2 tbsp of oil and heat. To the heated oil, add oxtail pieces and brown evenly.3. Add 4 to 6 cups of water to meat and cook in a covered pot on low flame for approx. 3 hours, until meat is tender.*4. Add the remaining marinade and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.*Method note: pressure cooker, will reduce cooking time to less than half & no need to add water.
