  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 large head lettuce, washed
  • 8 ounce(s) cooked Grace Country Pride Ham, julienne
  • 8 ounce(s) cooked chicken or turkey breast, diced
  • 8 ounce(s) Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) red sweet pepper, julienne
  • 1/2 cup(s) yellow sweet pepper, julienne
  • 1/2 cup(s) green sweet pepper, diced
  • 2 small tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 2 large hard boiled eggs, quartered
  • 1/4 cup(s) French dressing
  • 1/4 cup(s) croutons

Ham Chef Salad Directions

  1. Cut garlic and use to rub over the surface of a large salad bowl.
  2. Tear lettuce leaves and place in the salad bowl.
  3. Add the ham, chicken, cheese and peppers and toss lightly.
  4. Arrange tomato wedges and hard boiled eggs around the circumference of the salad bowl.
  5. Sprinkle with French dressing, then garnish with croutons.
