Heat Grace Vegetable Oil and saute ginger, garlic, onion and tomato until tender.
Add chicken stock, honey, Grace Tomato Ketchup, black pepper and lime juice.
Add tofu, cover and simmer over low flame for three minutes. Remove from heat.
Method Note: To make chicken stock, dissolve the seasoning from the Grace Chicken Noodle Soup Mix packet in hot water and mix well. Use as directed.
Slivers: To cut into thin slices.
To Serve: Serve on a bed of Grace Pasta.
