  • 4 floz water
  • 2 ounce(s) onion
  • 1 ounce(s) garlic
  • 1 ounce(s) scotch bonnet pepper
  • 2 floz Heavy Cream
  • 4 ounce(s) Anchor Butter, Unsalted
  • 1 packet(s) Grace Fish Tea Soup Mix
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley
  • 1/2 ounce(s) sweet pepper, red
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt

Scotch Bonnet Beurre Blanc Directions

  1. In a saute pot over medium flame add water, onion, garlic and scotch bonnet pepper; reduce water by half.  Add the heavy cream and allow to come to a simmer.
  2. Remove heavy cream from the flame and whisk in the butter.  Add Grace Fish Tea Soup Mix, parsley, sweet pepper and salt to taste.
  3. Return sauce to the stove and keep warm over a very low flame.

    To Serve:  Serve with Pan Seared Fish.
