- Cut breadfruit in pegs, peel, remove the heart and boil, in salty water for about 20 minutes, drain and mash. 
- Flake the Grace Corned Beef, garlic, escallion, white pepper, one egg, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs and mix. 
- Roll into small balls, then coat with flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs. 
- Fry until golden brown. Drain and serve.
 
 To Serve: Serve with favourite vegetable salad.
