Cut breadfruit in pegs, peel, remove the heart and boil, in salty water for about 20 minutes, drain and mash.
Flake the Grace Corned Beef, garlic, escallion, white pepper, one egg, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs and mix.
Roll into small balls, then coat with flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
Fry until golden brown. Drain and serve.
To Serve: Serve with favourite vegetable salad.
