  • 1/4 cup(s) Grace White Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup(s) Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) escallion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) green sweet pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) red sweet pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) yellow sweet pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) paw-paw, diced
  • 1/2 cup(s) pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup(s) watermelon, diced
  • 1/4 cup(s) grapes, chopped

Pico de Gallo Directions

  1. Pour Grace White Vinegar into a bowl and whisk in the olive oil.
  2. Add the escallion, thyme, parsley, basil and onion and mix well.
  3. Mix in the peppers, paw-paw, pineapple, watermelon and grapes.
  4. Cover, put to chill and use as desired.
