Cut onions in rings, sweet pepper in strips and Grace Frankfurters into rounds.
Melt Grace Hello Margarine in frying pan. Add curry powder and stir until dissolved.
Add oregano, onion, sweet pepper, mango chutney and frankfurters.
Stir for 3 minutes then remove from heat.
Garnish with parsley and tomato slices and serve on a platter.
TO SERVE: Serve with cooked Grace Elbow Macaroni or Spaghetti.
