In a bowl, combine Grace Elbow Macaroni, Grace Whole Kernel Corn and Grace Mixed Vegetables.
On a clean cutting board, cut Grace Chicken Vienna Sausages into rounds and add to the cooked Macaroni and vegetables. Clean cutting board and knife and then cut cheese into cubes.
Add cubed cheese to bowl along with Grace Mayonnaise, onion and white pepper. Toss all ingredients together until combined.
Arrange lettuce leaves on a platter and spoon salad on.
Garnish with tomato wedges and put to chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Recipe Note: Any shape pasta may be used. Always use a clean cutting board and clean between each ingredient.
