Terms & Conditions

1. Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Entrants must be a permanent resident in Jamaica.
4. There is no limit on the number of entries allowed.
5. All winners claiming their prizes must bring valid government issued photo identification. (Driver's Licence, Passport or National ID)
6. Any winner who is unable to claim their prize in person due to illness or physical disability may appoint a representative to collect their prize. Their representative must present a letter from the winner authorizing him/her to collect the winner's prize along with a copy of the winner's government issued ID. The representative must also present his/her valid ID.
7. It is a condition of entry that all prize winners agree to allow Grace Foods to use their name and likeness, and to participate, in advertising and public relations campaign relating to the competition whether in electronic, print or other media, for no further consideration.
8. Individuals selected/winners will forfeit their claim to a prize for any of the following reasons:
a. Inability to produce valid photo identification (Driver's Licence, Passport or National ID). All the prerequisites must be submitted at time of collection.
b. Refusing to allow Grace Foods to use their name and likeness and/or to participate in Grace Kennedy's advertising and public relations campaign relating to the competition whether in electronic, print or other media, for no further consideration.
9. Employees and family members of Grace Foods, its advertising and publicity agencies and all sponsors are excluded from participation in this competition. In the case of family members, we refer to spouses, children, parents and siblings.
10. Final date and time for entering the grand draw of this competition is June 18, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. This is considered as the last time to submit a qualifying entry. 11. Prizes are non-transferable and the determination of winners is final.

Redemption of Prizes

Prize winners will collect their prizes from Grace Kennedy Offices located at 73 Harbour Street, Kingston or 1 Pimento Way, Freeport Montego Bay, St. James.
1. Individuals who have won a prize must present a valid ID (Passport, Driver's License or National ID) to prove they are at least 18 years old.
2. Any person who is 18 years old or older presenting a valid ID, will be confirmed as a winner. Prizes are non-transferable and the determination of winners is final. 3. Prizes must be collected by Friday, August 21, 2020

Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is an online promotion for Grace Kennedy Foods (USA) LLC.
2. Competition is open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry except employees and their immediate families of Grace Kennedy Foods (USA) LLC participating stores, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies. This offer is void wherever taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws.
3. The potential winners will be notified by email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the close of the contest, the potential winner forfeits prize.
4. Grace Kennedy Foods (USA) LLC can modify these terms and conditions at any time, but we promise that we will never share the provided data with any third party.
5. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Grace Kennedy Foods (USA) LLC and each of its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the promotion, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize. Entrants also acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
6. All entrants consent to the use of their name and photo by Grace Kennedy Foods (USA) LLC for the purposes of promoting, publicising or marketing this competition including any outcome of this competition in any media including the Grace Foods website and its Social Media pages for no further consideration.

Frenchmen Donations: Grace Foods recently joined forces with Frenchmen and offered support to the Maxfield Park Children's Home through the donation of grocery items and a water tank. Tamara Thompson, General Manager, Grace Foods and Services shared, "We are pleased to partner with the Frenchmen Family on this important initiative, which we hope will positively impact some of the more vulnerable in our society. We encourage all Jamaicans to take collective action and do whatever they can to care for those at risk in these challenging times."


JDF Initiative: Our Grace Foods Team is supporting our front-line workers because #WeCare. The daily provision of 100 meals and beverages will be given to police officers at quarantine centres in Hayes, Clarendon as well as officers assigned to ZOSO and SOE zones.


Mighty Malt Blood Bank Handover - Grace Foods, a division of GraceKennedy Limited (GKL) in April handed over an initial donation of Grace Mighty Malt and Grace Food Drink to the National Blood Transfusion Services (NBTS). This is a part of a new initiative to assist the NBTS in its effort to incentivize donors who contribute the life-saving blood, currently in short supply due to stay in place orders issued by the government to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Through the initiative, Grace Foods will make monthly donations of Grace Mighty Malt and Grace Food Drink to be used by the Blood Bank as an incentive to blood donors.
