1. This promotion is an online promotion for Grace Kennedy Foods (USA) LLC.

Competition is open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry except employees and their immediate families of Grace Kennedy Foods (USA) LLC participating stores, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies. This offer is void wherever taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws.
3. The potential winners will be notified by email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the close of the contest, the potential winner forfeits prize.
4. Grace Kennedy Foods (USA) LLC can modify these terms and conditions at any time, but we promise that we will never share the provided data with any third party.
5. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Grace Kennedy Foods (USA) LLC and each of its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the promotion, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize. Entrants also acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

All entrants consent to the use of their name and photo by Grace Kennedy Foods (USA) LLC for the purposes of promoting, publicising or marketing this competition including any outcome of this competition in any media including the Grace Foods website and its Social Media pages for no further consideration.
7. Individuals selected/winners will forfeit their claim to a prize for any of the following reasons:
a. Refusing to allow Grace Foods to use their name and likeness and/or to participate in Grace Kennedy's advertising and public relations campaign relating to the competition whether in electronic, print or other media, for no further consideration.
8. Final date and time for entering the grand draw of this competition is June 18, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. This is considered as the last time to submit a qualifying entry.
9. Prizes are non-transferable and the determination of winners is final.
Redemption of Prizes
Selected winners will receive their prizes via mail from the retailers of the awarded prize to the address provided.
