How To Use

Place 1 cup of sorrel and 1/4oz of beaten ginger in a container.Pour 4 cups of boiling water over sorrel and ginger.Cover mixture and let it seep for 4 hours.Strain then sweeten to taste with sugar or honey.Serves 4.
