Coriander and Lime Pork Chops

Step 1: MARINATE

Combine Grace All-Purpose Seasoning, cilantro, lime juice, garlic and oil; rub over pork chops.

Step 2: REST

Marinate 30 minutes at room temperature.

Step 3: SEAR

Sear chops in a hot skillet 4–5 minutes per side until golden.

Step 4: FINISH

Reduce heat and cook 2–3 minutes more until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Step 5: REST & SERVE

Rest 5 minutes, then serve with a scatter of extra cilantro and lime wedges.
