Terms & Conditions
1. Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Entrants must be a permanent resident in Jamaica.
4. There is no limit on the number of entries allowed.
5. All winners claiming their prizes must bring valid government issued photo identification. (Driver's Licence, Passport or National ID)
6. Any winner who is unable to claim their prize in person due to illness or physical disability may appoint a representative to collect their prize. Their representative must present a letter from the winner authorizing him/her to collect the winner's prize along with a copy of the winner's government issued ID. The representative must also present his/her valid ID.
7. It is a condition of entry that all prize winners agree to allow Grace Foods to use their name and likeness, and to participate, in advertising and public relations campaign relating to the competition whether in electronic, print or other media, for no further consideration.
8. Individuals selected/winners will forfeit their claim to a prize for any of the following reasons:
a. Inability to produce valid photo identification (Driver's Licence, Passport or National ID). All the prerequisites must be submitted at time of collection.
b. Refusing to allow Grace Foods to use their name and likeness and/or to participate in Grace Kennedy's advertising and public relations campaign relating to the competition whether in electronic, print or other media, for no further consideration.
9. Employees and family members of Grace Foods, its advertising and publicity agencies and all sponsors are excluded from participation in this competition. In the case of family members, we refer to spouses, children, parents and siblings.
10. Final date and time for entering the grand draw of this competition is June 18, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. This is considered as the last time to submit a qualifying entry. 11. Prizes are non-transferable and the determination of winners is final.
Redemption of Prizes
Prize winners will collect their prizes from Grace Kennedy Offices located at 73 Harbour Street, Kingston or 1 Pimento Way, Freeport Montego Bay, St. James.
1. Individuals who have won a prize must present a valid ID (Passport, Driver's License or National ID) to prove they are at least 18 years old.
2. Any person who is 18 years old or older presenting a valid ID, will be confirmed as a winner. Prizes are non-transferable and the determination of winners is final. 3. Prizes must be collected by Friday, August 21, 2020
