Gungo Peas and Rice Directions
In a pot combine Grace Coconut Milk, water and fresh seasonings. Stir, cover and bring to a boil.
Add salt and rice and stir. Cover and reduce heat, allow to simmer until grains are cooked.
Serve hot with your favourite protein. /p>
