- 1 slice bread
- 1 can Grace Sardines
- 1 egg fried
- 1/4 cup Grace Vinegar
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1/2 sweet pepper diced
- 1 sprig(s) thyme chopped
- 1/2 scotch bonnet minced
- 1 tsp Grace Hot Pepper Sauce
Grace Pick up Sardines and Eggs on Toast Directions
- Toast the bread
- Cook egg in any way you desire
- Mix together in a bowl the onions sweet pepper scotch bonnet, Grace Hot Pepper Sauce, thyme and vinegar
- Place Grace Sardines into mixture and allow 10 minutes to marinate
- Place egg on toast and top with marinated sardines saving excess marinade as a dipping sauce
- Serve immediately
