- 1/2 cup(s) Margarine
- 1 large egg white
- 1/2 pound(s) icing sugar, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) peppermint
Butter Icing Directions
- Cream together Grace Hello Margarine and egg white.
- Add icing sugar gradually and continue creaming until smooth.
- Mix in peppermint.
Method Note: Food colouring can be used to add variety in colours.
