  • 2 tablespoon(s) Grace Vegetable Oil
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) scotch bonnet pepper, chopped
  • 1 small sweet pepper, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 sprig(s) thyme
  • 1 packet(s) Grace "One Pot" Seasoning - All Purpose
  • 1/4 cup(s) Water
  • 2 pound(s) cabbage, chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, medium julienne
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Caribbean Traditions Vegetable Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt, optional
  • 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce, optional

Grace One Pot Stir Fry Vegetables Directions

Heat Grace Vegetable Oil in a large skillet and saute seasonings.

Add "One Pot" Seasoning and stir well to dissolve. Add water, stir, lower flame, cover pot and allow to cook for about 5 minutes.

Add cabbage and carrot and allow to steam. Add vegetable seasoning and mix well, add salt and soy sauce, if used.

To Serve:  Serve with a salad.
