Carrot Bread Pudding

  • 8 slice(s) hardough bread
  • 1/2 cup(s) raisins, soaked
  • 1 can(s) Grace Carrot Juice
  • 1 cup(s) whole milk
  • 1/2 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 medium egg
  • 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg, grated

Carrot Bread Pudding Directions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease an oven-proof dish 8"x2" and set aside.

Dice bread and place in a bowl, add raisins.

Combine all remaining ingredients, whisk and pour over the bread and raisins.

Stir mixture and allow to soak for about 20 minutes.

Scrape mixture into the greased oven proof-dish and put to bake for 1 hour or until done.
