  • 4 cup(s) red wine
  • 1 pound(s) water crackers
  • 1/2 pound(s) raisins
  • 1 cup(s) Grace Coconut Milk
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon(s) almond essence
  • 1/2 pound(s) Grace Margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup(s) bread crumbs

Grace Christmas Cracker Pudding Directions

Heat red wine; add crackers and raisins and rehydrate for 20 minutes. Remove from flame and allow to cool.

Combine Grace Coconut Milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla essence, almond essence, Grace Hello Margarine, cinnamon powder and nutmeg and whisk to dissolve sugar granules.

Combine both mixtures and fold in the bread crumbs.

Scrape into a 10" greased cake tin and bake at 180°C/350°F for 1 hour or until done.
