  • 3 ounce(s) Grace Margarine
  • 2 cup(s) cassava, grated
  • 2 cup(s) sweet potato, grated
  • 1/4 cup(s) whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg, grated
  • 2 1/2 cup(s) Grace Coconut Milk

Cassava Pone Directions

Melt Grace Hello Soft Margarine in a saucepan.

In a large bowl add grated cassava, sweet potato, flour, sugar, cinnamon powder and nutmeg, stir to combine.

Add Grace Coconut Milk and vanilla.

Mix all ingredients together and stir well.

Pour mixture into greased casserole dish.

Bake at 180 degrees C / 350 degrees  F for 1 hour.

Recipe Note: Wheat flour can be substituted for counter flour.
