Grace Foods Launches Green Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce on Amazon

Oct 20, 2014

Grace Foods, the Caribbean’s leading food manufacturer and distributor, recently launch another product, their Green Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce on the giant shopping portal Amazon.com. The main ingredient of the product which is the green scotch bonnet pepper is a variety of chili pepper which can be found mainly in the Caribbean islands.

The newly launched sauce is made from green scotch bonnet peppers. Scotch bonnet peppers have a heat rating of 100,000 - 350,000 scoville units which is hotter than any jalapeno peppers which usually have a heat rating of 2,500 to 8, 000. Scotch bonnet pepper may be hot but has a sweeter flavor than the Habanero relative with which it is often confused. The Grace Green Scotch Bonnet Sauce can be used not only to flavor various dishes, soups and more but serves as a great condiment too.

Offering the green scotch bonnet hot sauce has allowed the company to reach members of the Jamaican community who are living in the United States, who long for the traditional hot sauces from their homeland, as well as other people who love the elements of Jamaican cuisine.

“We are very pleased that we’ve been able to add the Green Scotch Bonnet Hot Pepper Sauce to our Amazon store. Our original Scotch Bonnet sauce has been received so well with online buyers, it was only natural that we would include the Green Scotch Bonnet Sauce as well,” said Deidre, a company representative.

The Green Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce comes in a convenient 4.8 oz bottle, which is designed to make it easy for the sauce to be applied. It is also available in three different ordering options - 1 unit, 2 units and 4 units.

The launch of the new Green Scotch Bonnet Hot Pepper Sauce from Grace follows successful launches of its Jerk Seasoning and other sauces on the Amazon platform.
